 RETURN POLICY

  1. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery. 

  2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  3. The product amount will be refunded to your bank account (including for COD orders), once we have received the products and quality check is done.

  4. Refund of shipping and COD charges, if any, is NOT applicable.

  5. To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on official@evoguestore.com with your Order ID mentioned.

  6. For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are entitled to NOT bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs.100, reverse-pickups can be arranged in cases of Dislike, Incorrect size Ordered, or any such issue where we are not at fault.

  7. Incase of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.

      What are the terms and conditions for a refund?

  1. You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order within 7 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective/ damaged.

  2. All refunds will be processed to your bank account only (including for COD orders)

  3. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

       How long the refund procedure takes?

  1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product and are able to complete the inspection. However, depending upon payment gateway processes, it may take upto 2 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account depending.
